Intrigued by all the positive feedbacks here. How do you transact with Istudio and how do I avail of discounts?
I usually contact Larry via email and/or Eva Mendoza of iStudio Shang Mall via email.
^or you can just go in and ask them nicely for discounts (which they'd give you if you say you're a PhilMugger)

Hitme, tried to inform istudio BGC i was a philmug member but was deadma. No discount extended hence i thought there must be another way. Thanks for the suggestion though.
^ My first ever mac I got from Shangri La Plaza branch. I wasn't even a PhilMug member then but they gladly gave a significant discount.
I don't know if there's a certain approach needed but what I did was get friendly with the attending staff and was offered the discount if paying in cash.
I've been getting discounts ever since even without mentioning my PhilMug membership.
Recommended seller: istudio vmall (small shop), salesperson answered my questions and clearly directed me how to go about my purchase more expeditiously.
Funny, because i have had no problems dealing with staffs of i-Studio VMall and Gateway in giving discounts to us PhilMuggers...maybe Larry can clear this here...
They opened a branch in Ayala Malls Serin in Tagaytay also, I inquired for a PhilMug discount, but they say it's only SRP. Hope they can clear this up
Anyone got any experience with leaving items with them for repair?
They took in my Apple Watch for servicing, and that's like the first Apple product ever that I've had that had any problem that needs service. So I'm pretty much not used to the whole process. Anyway it's been a week, even if they said I'll have an update in 3 days, all the answers are just "service center hasn't said anything yet" or "ganun talaga minsan lagi sila late". Oh man, an Apple Service Center, late? Ewan. Philippines I guess.
they lost me as a their customer when I bought an ip6s+ at their Gateway Branch. The display looks dull. Brown-ish color. When I asked them to check my unit, what they said was "ganyan talaga yan sir. Normal po yan". I didn't argue because I knew I'd be wasting my time. Brought my unit to straight to AASP in Rob Galle to have it checked. They have better service. Their usual turnaround time is 2-3days.
