I wish I still had the nano I got replaced for a 6th gen. The replacement's power button gave out a few months in and since then I haven't gotten it fixed. I don't know where I can get it fixed, and I don't have the tools to do the repair myself. I did go to Power Mac and they told me I need to shell out 3 thousand for them to fix the button. I didn't go for it.

Hi Yeah123 thanks for the advise. I've tried greenhills however they said that the ipod should be able to power on. -_-
however i remembered last two years i replaced an ipod nano there which wasn't even functioning.

    Hi gengyin, welcome to Philmug.
I guess, lurking for almost 3 years finally came for a reason. hehehe

On your query, iPod nano no. 1 should be working, so they can tell that it is still viable for replacement. Ofcourse, parts inside are still intact. However on your 2nd iPod, they can replace it right away subjected to their staff. I got mine replaced in Market Market. I have broken LCD but still working, lamat lang ba.. :)
