Anyone here has info regarding iphone 5s sleep/wake button replacement thru Same unit repair. I called QCD in galleria. They only replace the unit itself via trade in. It will cost me 17,000k. WOW.

Me too, they also reply to private messaging and answer your inquiries. Highly recommended and reliable based on my experience in their repair.

I just had my iPhone's battery & LCD replaced at Burn's shop in Greenhills. I also requested to have the Home Button replaced because it was unresponsive. But the technician just cleaned it, so no more replacement was done. Fast and dependable service.

    Charging chip is damage...

This happened to my iPad Air 2.

At first nag pipili ng cable. Then eventually it will not charge.

I was advised not to use my iPad when it is charging... Because the cable keeps moving and it can short circuit the charging unit

Anyways I had my iPad Air and iPad Air 2 repaired in Hong Kong.... A reputable repair shop...

    Just to reiterate my warning...
Greenhills= Cheap class A replacement parts.
    It's 50 50... You take the risk...

I already had bad experience in greenhills.... Not taking chances anymore...

    As A SIDE note.

My iPad when it was repaired in greenhills had missing screws inside the main board after it was checked in Hong Kong.... Just BECAREFUL.... Very sloppy Workmanship....

    Emphasis on OEM...

Not some class a replacement parts which is prevalent in greenhills...

Etradesupply can help you with parts.

You just need to look for an honest technician to do the labor...

Are you suggesting we need to go to HongKong for a battery replacement?

My repair was on the main board itself

    Which requires soldering.....

As I said I got burned bad in greenhills for a digitizer replacement.. Using class a parts... My iPads power supply was damaged... Meaning a simple replacement damaged another part of my ipad...

For battery... I suggest getting QUALITY battery... And have it installed....

I already gave the site where you can procure the part....

    Get the part

Pay for labor only in your trusted shop here.... But always get the BEST OEM parts..

That is the lesson I learned the hard way in greenhills

What kind of parts are you looking for? My brother dabbled in sourcing 3GS parts for a while. I think he still has some stocks left.

Bad experience with Burn and Jhoy. Had an iPhone 6 LCD replaced and was told there was 1 month warranty. Within 10 days, replacement LCD started showing lines across the screen (phone hadn't been dropped/bumped). When I contacted them, they told me it wasn't covered by warranty. I sent them a screenshot of our text exchange saying it was covered by a month's warranty. They backtracked and told me to send the unit to them and they would try to map out where the damage came from. I asked if I would have to pay for another LCD again if I sent the unit back to them and they didn't reply anymore. Since they already showed themselves to be untrustworthy by denying warranty that they offered in the first place, I decided not to follow up anymore and just bought a new phone.

Havent had anything for backjob but they usually put on the receipt how many months the warranty is. For sure if you went back to them, they'd honor the warranty or else theyll be hearing a lot from muggers

I didn't get a receipt either. I inquired about the warranty through text before sending my unit in for repair. Anyway, glad to hear other muggers are happy with their service. It's actually because of this thread that I decided to try them out. Unfortunately, it just didn't work out so well for me.
