image.jpeg This message kept showing requiring me to change my 4digit passcode. The keyboard is also different when i tried to change. Yeah I changed my passcode. Now i am thinking if it is official or not. Recalling if I opened something but none. Any reference if it is a malware? Someone said it is in the setting or something but i am not convinced. Anyone encountered the same?

Is your iPhone enrolled in any Mobile Device Management? Or do you have a corporate Exchange account registered in your phone? These may sometimes prompt for a new passcode.

Check under Settings > General > Profiles & Device Management.

^aha, doesn't that look familiar? like when that same message popped up on my iPhone (just as it did on the MacBook) so slowly tread on subtle waters and ask Apple Support "what gives?"

yeah, i'm guessing there's an MDM software running settings on your iPhone. though there may be official MDM software (from the company you work for, etc.), there are also some installed by unofficial iOS installations that are made to run like malware. just be careful and check your settings just as Roman mentioned.
