Fire up your iPhone software update folks
Mine's saying that it's up to date with 9.2.1. Hmmm
^Done and over it...*gasp* *sigh* *sleepy*
updated my ipad through OTA. The password lock for the notes app is quite fast.
Updated mine just now. And minutes after updating, I lost signal reception. Haha Is this a bug with the new update? I'm currently using Smart postpaid LTE sim.
Tried 9.3 since beta 1, and I'm pleased that 9.3 has finally rolled out. Saw the changelog and damn there's much new things to this version.
Got my 5s updated too.. However, I am seeing random hangups while scrolling and opening apps. Hmmm.....
finally updated my 6s plus. Liking the new shortcuts for wifi and battery in the settings app. Also, the night shift mode is great!
Updated my 4th Gen iPAD OTA....just found out night shift mode is not included in the update in this model.
Read on it on Redmond Pie on compatibility of night shift
"That means if you’re an owner of the iPhone 4s, fifth-generation iPod touch, iPhone 5, or one of Apple’s brightly colored iPhone 5c handsets then you won’t be able to take advantage of Night Shift. Those with the original iPad mini or an iPad 2/3/4 are also excluded due to Apple deeming that the hardware simply isn’t capable of handling the feature whilst maintaining important performance parameters."
After hours of trying, what I did was to turn off my wifi and let the phone search for the update on cellular data. Once on cellular data, the phone immediately detected the availability of the update. As it needed wifi to proceed with the update, I switched wifi back on and the update downloaded and installed successfully. This is really weird as this was the same steps I needed to take on my wife's phone as well. Both of us have the 6.
Anybody else encountered this weird issue?
i performed the update by hooking up my iOS devices (iphones and ipads) to itunes, and getting itunes to download the updates. faster for me than OTA.
iPhone 5 updated to the latest iOS 9.3.
Still doesn't have the yellow screen feature
updated to 9.3 on my iPhone 6Plus & iPad Air2... Love the NIGHT SHIFT mode (Y)
How o you access password protect for Notes? I updated my 6s but can't seem to find that feature.
Has anyone experienced issues with 9.3? My 6+'s home screen has been disappearing everytime i get a lock screen notification. When i unlock the phone, all i see is my wallpaper. No icons or dock. Ive taken to using siri to open my apps. My keyboard also randomly disappears. It started with Viber but has now affected my Messages app as well.
Loving iOS 9.3 and on my iPad Mini 2. The animation stutters are gone (e.g. keyboard sliding up when you swipe down for Spotlight Search, task switching). It's super smooth now.
Nightshift turns my display too yellow for my taste though.
And I'm holding off updating my beloved iPad 2 until the reported bricking issue is resolved.
I have updated my iPad 4 (the last 10 inch iPad with retina display) and iPhone 6s. I love the lock feature for the Notes. It has now secured my important data. I also love the Night Shift on my iPhone 6s, but unfortunately, it does not have this feature in my iPad 4 even if I have updated it already. I have difficulties updating my iPhone 4s. I don't know if it has got something to do with the fact that they successfully did an open line with it at Greenhills.
apple releases new build of ios 9.3 for users of older ios devices affected by bricking bug
