Hi. I must have did something, but, the tabs close whenever I click on the red x button. I know I can restore the tabs but is there something I can do to prevent it from closing automatically. Many thanks.

there's a warn before quitting setting. im not sure if you're referring to tabs or the whole chrome because the red x is the whole chrome. have this problem too until that warning.

I keep accidentally closing tabs myself. There's apparently no setting in Chrome to enable confirmation when closing tabs like Firefox does.

If you have dozens of tabs open at a time (I average 20-30 tabs), the 'x' roughly occupies about half the tab so when switching tabs, I keep hitting the 'x' instead and it's infuriating.

ah i see where you're coming from. m tabs too are 20-30. what i did was to install OneTab - lesser processes plus lesser tabs. may or may not work for you. try it baka makatulong.

Yeah, I've seen that. It doesn't work for individual tabs.
