Lack of external controls/dials is a downer.

Great for canon users I guess.

I'd still pick the EM-5 over this one. One of the things that made me switch to mirror less cameras is having a light overall package with a good image quality. Since it will be having an APS-C sensor, it will have bigger lenses. Thus, defeating the point of having a light overall package. Also, as mentioned, the lack of external controls is a deal breaker for me.

Unless the hand holding it belongs to Yao Ming, the camera looks to be smaller than I had imagined. Pretty good size.

I guess this will be way above the pricing of G and S compact camera series.
Expect P35,000 up for a kit.

I wonder how much will the Adapter cost...

Nikon's 1 Series adapter costs SGD 339.00 (as per Nikon Singapore Website) and its the reason why I decided NOT to buy a 1 Series Camera.

Leave to HK 3rd party vendors to make a cheap adaptor.

my 2 cents worth....this camera does not appeal to me at all. the APS-C sensor is fine and dandy but the lack of external controls is a bummer. i dont see the benefit of being able to use the EF/S mount lenses on this. the reason for having a smaller camera is defeated in doing so, while at the same time sacrificing handling.

I only bought this because of it's sale price for an APS-C sized sensor. I was able to get this camera when it was on fire sale. I got it for $279.00 with 18-55mm kits lens. I've also added a prime lens for $99.00 (an f/2 with 22mm). The image quality and IQ are excellent. The build quality of the body and lens were also excellent. Although the AF is not the fastest in its class, I would say that it is on par with my old powershot G7 and it's bearable and workable. The low light capability is superb.
Here are a few shots that I took with this camera...
