I guess they're rolling this out probably a region at a time. I tried updating my iPad Air but it still shows 7.1.1 as the latest. So I connected via VPN to the US and then, there it is. :)

    Downloading now.

Well they are phasing in the roll-out somehow. Maybe by batches of UIDs, iDevice model, or some other way. It's not an uncommon practice as it can reduce the chance of overloading their servers.

Saw the update when I checked my settings. Though I can't download it yet since I don't have the required 1.4gb space to install the 32mb file lol.

    Using 5S on Globe.

I only needed 600+MB on the iPhone 5S for the upgrade (from IOS 7.1.1):)

Here I am avoiding the update to 7.1.1 when suddenly a window pops up announcing 7.1.2. Good thing I'm in a place with decent internet speed, so I'm downloading it now...booyah!

What is the improvement on Ibeacon? So did apple released already their own ibeacon standards?
