Just installed El Capitan on my 2009 mbp on it's new ssd - and I was downloading 10.11.5 - now I saw this - so downloading the newer combo update. hahaha! Talk about wasted download time. :D

I'm using a 2010 white MacBook but still on Yosemite. Is El Cap stable now? Thinking of upgrading but still wary of the past bugs the OS is known for, especially the USB issues.

^ Same question as above. Wondering if El Capitan is stable and if they've worked out the kinks with the Office 2016 programs.

Very stable, bro. Was using el cap and office 2016, had no probs whatsoever. Am now using same office 16 on Sierra and everything's still well!

Am using MBP 15" 2014 by the way.
